# 📜 Terms of Service

By purchasing from **Veltrix**, you agree to the following terms:

• Accounts **must be logged into and linked within 6 hours** of purchase. Failure to do so may **void your warranty**.

• If you experience any issues during your warranty period, open a support ticket and we'll be happy to assist you.

• **Refunds are not available** once account details have been delivered. Valid warranty claims will be resolved with an **account replacement** or **store credit**, not a refund.

• The warranty only covers **account recovery** or **account access issues**. It does **not** cover bans, suspensions, user-caused issues, or failure to follow the login instructions.

• Refunds are not available once account details have been delivered. In the event of a **warranty-eligible issue**, you may receive a **70% refund in the form of Veltrix store credit**, based on the original purchase price. Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and can only be used towards future purchases.

• Do not attempt to sign in through the Ubisoft website, Ubisoft Connect app, or the account email under any circumstances.

• All accounts must be linked using the official Veltrix Linker Bot. Failure to use the Linker Bot or attempting to access the account through unsupported methods may void your eligibility for support.

• Any issues must be reported before making changes to the account. Once the account has been successfully linked and accessed through the Linker Bot, it is considered delivered as described.

• By purchasing from **Veltrix**, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
